Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Please read these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) carefully if, after reading, you would like to opt out of the Brazilian Blowout Rewards Program (“Program”). All customers who have opened an account or purchased Brazilian Blowout products are automatially enrolled in the program. As such, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms, our general Terms of Use (brazilianblowout.com/pages/terms-of-use), and our Privacy Policy (brazilianblowout.com/pages/privacy-policy). These Rewards Terms are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Use.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Brazilian Blowout Rewards Program is a loyalty program that rewards members for qualifying purchases and activities on brazilianblowout.com. The Program has two membership tiers: Consumer Members and Professional Members. The Program is administered by Brazilian Professionals, LLC and operated by Smile.io. By participating in the Program, your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the Rewards Program.

• You must reside in the United States.

• You must have or create a valid brazilianblowout.com account associated with a current email address.

• Only one (1) Rewards account is permitted per person and per email address. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are subject to termination.

• Employees of Brazilian Professionals, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.

• The Program is void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

3A. Consumer Members

Any individual who makes a qualifying purchase on brazilianblowout.com is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program as a Consumer Member at the time of purchase. No separate sign-up or opt-in action is required. Enrollment occurs using the email address provided at checkout. If your checkout email matches an existing Rewards account, points are applied to that existing account. If no account exists, a new Rewards account is created automatically on your behalf.

By completing a purchase on brazilianblowout.com, you are deemed to have received notice of and be bound by these Rewards Terms. You may opt out of the Rewards Program at any time as described in Section 9.

Existing Consumer Account Holders. Any individual who holds an existing Brazilian Blowout Consumer account at the time the Rewards Program launches will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program as a Consumer Member. If an existing Consumer account holder does not wish to participate, they may opt out of the Rewards Program by following the procedure described in Section 9 of these Rewards Terms.

3B. Professional Members

Any new licensed cosmetology professionals may enroll as Professional Members by creating an account on brazilianblowout.com and completing the Professional verification process, which requires:

Submission of a valid, active cosmetology license number and the issuing U.S. state
Agreement to these Rewards Terms via an opt-in checkbox presented during account creation
Completion of any additional verification steps as may be required by Brazilian Professionals, LLC

Professional Members must check the opt-in checkbox confirming agreement to these Rewards Terms before their Professional Rewards account will be activated. Professional benefits are available immediately upon account activation.

Professional Members represent and warrant that: (a) their cosmetology license is valid, current, and in good standing at the time of enrollment and throughout Program participation; (b) they are the individual identified on the submitted license; and (c) they will promptly update their account if their license status changes. Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right to verify license validity at any time. Misrepresentation of professional status will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accrued points.

Existing Professional Account Holders. Any individual who holds an existing Brazilian Blowout Professional account at the time the Rewards Program launches will be automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program as a Professional Member. If an existing Professional account holder does not wish to participate, they may opt out of the Rewards Program by following the procedure described in Section 9 of these Rewards Terms.

4. EARNING POINTS

Members earn points on qualifying purchases made on brazilianblowout.com as follows:

• For Gold Tier (annual purchases between ($1 - $600), the Rewards Account holder would receive 10 points per $1.00 spent.

• For Platinum Tier (annual purchases between $601 - $1200), the Rewards Account holder would receive 20 points per $1.00 spent.

• For Diamond Tier (annual purchases between $1201+), the Rewards Account holder would receive 30 points per $1.00 spent.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right the change the earn rate any time with notice.

The current earn rate is 10 points per $1.00 spent. Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves
the right to change the earn rate at any time with notice.

• Points are calculated based on the pre-tax, post-discount purchase amount, excluding shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and the value of any redeemed rewards applied to the order.

• Points are not earned on purchases that are subsequently returned or refunded. Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your account balance.

• Additional points may be offered for specific activities such as referrals, account registration, product reviews, social media engagement, or promotional events. Such bonus points are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.

• Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with another member’s points balance.

5. REDEEMING POINTS

Points may be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases on brazilianblowout.com at a redemption rate of $1.00 per 100 redemption points. Rewards members may only redeem points for discount coupons with the minimum redemption threshold of 2,500 points in the following increments:

2,500 points = $25 discount coupon
5,000 points = $50 discount coupon
10,000 points = $100 discount coupon

• Points may only be redeemed through the member’s active Rewards account at checkout.

• Points may not be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or monetary equivalents under any circumstances.

• Points may not be applied to sales taxes, or shipping charges.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right to restrict point redemption on certain products or during certain promotional periods.

• Redeemed points for discount coupons are non-refundable. If an order to which a discount coupon was applied is cancelled or returned, the discount coupon will be converted into and restored as points. In order to have such points returned to your account, you must call our Customer Service department between the hours of 7:30am – 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time to adjust the points back into the Rewards account accordingly.

• Redeemable points in the form of discount coupons may not be combined with certain promotional discount codes. Only one discount code may be used with each purchase. Restrictions will be noted at checkout.

6. POINTS EXPIRATION

• Points expire after twelve (12) months of account inactivity. “Inactivity” means no qualifying purchases, redemptions, or other points-earning activities that have occurred within the preceding 12-month period.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify members of impending points expiration via the email address on file at least 30 days before expiration.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right to modify the expiration policy with reasonable advance notice to members.

7. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information, including a valid email address and, for Professional Members, current license information.

• Members may view their points balance and account activity by logging into their brazilianblowout.com account.

• Rewards accounts are personal and non-transferable. Points may not be gifted, inherited, or transferred to another account for any reason.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Rewards account, and to void any accrued points, if we reasonably determine that a member has: (a) violated these Rewards Terms; (b) engaged in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program; (c) misrepresented their identity or professional status; or (d) violated the general Terms of Use.

• In the event of a member’s death, the Rewards account and all accrued points are immediately forfeited and non-transferable to any estate or beneficiary.

8. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Brazilian Professionals, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program in whole or in part

• Change point earn rates, redemption rates, or the value of points

• Change eligible purchases or activities

• Modify expiration policies

• Add, modify, or remove Program tiers or benefits

Brazilian Professionals, LLC will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes via email to the address on file or via a notice posted on brazilianblowout.com. Continued participation in the Program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If the Program is permanently discontinued, members will be given a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) to redeem any accrued points before the Program terminates, unless circumstances make this impracticable.

9. OPT-OUT

Members may opt out of the Rewards Program at any time by sending an email to info@brazilianprofessionals.com from the email address associated with their Rewards account. Please include “Rewards Program Opt-Out” in the subject line along with your full name and the email address associated with your account.

• Opt-out requests will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt.

• Upon opt-out, all accrued points are immediately and permanently forfeited. Points forfeited upon opt-out cannot be reinstated if you re-enroll.

• Opting out of the Rewards Program does not automatically cancel your brazilianblowout.com account or unsubscribe you from marketing emails. To unsubscribe from marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact info@brazilianprofessionals.com.

• Members who opt out may re-enroll in the Rewards Program, subject to these Rewards Terms at the time of re-enrollment. Re-enrollment does not restore previously forfeited points.

10. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Enrollment in the Rewards Program does not automatically enroll you in Brazilian Blowout marketing emails. Transactional Rewards communications (such as points earned confirmations and points expiration notices) are considered part of the Program and will be sent to enrolled members.

Separate consent is required to receive promotional marketing emails, including rewards promotions, double-points events, and new product announcements. You may provide or withdraw marketing email consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account dashboard or by emailing info@brazilianprofessionals.com.

11. PRIVACY

Your participation in the Rewards Program involves the collection and processing of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and specifically in the “Rewards Program Data” section thereof. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein, including the sharing of your information with Smile.io for the purpose of operating the Program.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA with respect to their Rewards Program data. Please see our California Consumer Privacy Act page and the “Rewards Program Data” section of our Privacy Policy for details.

12. DISCLAIMERS

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC is not responsible for any technical errors, outages, or malfunctions of the Smile.io platform that affect points earning, redemption, or account access.

• Brazilian Professionals, LLC is not responsible for points that are not credited due to a member’s failure to be logged into their Rewards account at the time of purchase.

• Any taxes arising from the receipt of rewards, discounts, or other Program benefits are the sole responsibility of the member.

• Rewards Program benefits are personal to the member and have no value to any third party.

• This Program is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRAZILIAN PROFESSIONALS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF POINTS, BENEFITS, OR PROGRAM ACCESS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF BRAZILIAN PROFESSIONALS, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BRAZILIAN PROFESSIONALS, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE REWARDS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DOLLAR VALUE OF POINTS IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Rewards Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Rewards Terms or the Rewards Program shall be subject to the arbitration provisions set forth in the Brazilian Blowout Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.
